• In your Diffuser - Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser per 100ml of water. More can be added for a larger space or if a stronger scent is desired.
• Take a Relaxing Aromatherapy Bath - Add 5-20 drops to 1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil or castile soap, mix together & add to your bath water.
  
• Create your Own Body Oil or Roll On Oil - Add to your favorite carrier oil until the desired strength is achieved.
  
• Relief from Sniffles - Add 2-4 drops to 1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil to create a chest rub or for quick relief hold the bottle 2-3 inches away from your nose & take 3 deep breaths.
