Focus on Target Areas: Pay special attention to areas with muscl Appy to areas such as the shoulders, back, arms, legs, Kees or feet, and massage into the skin until absorbed. Avoid use on broken skin, irritated skin, or open wounds.
Let it Absorb: Allow the cream to fully absorb into the skin. Do not wash the area immediately after application to let the cream work effectively.
Frequency of Use: Apply 2-3 times daily, or as needed. Consistent use can enhance the soothing effects.
Wash Your Hands: After application, wash your hands thoroughly, especially before touching your face or eyes.
